Lancaster in progress

Here's how boring I can get: My latest airplane under construction is an Avro Lancaster. Tiny kit, relatively speaking, so I thought it would be a quick build. Wrong. Three color camo with an airbrush is a pain. Here's a photo when I was ready to start color #2, the dark green on top of the dark earth brown. I had trouble with it when I was almost all finished, so I had to strip the paint from the entire right wing and start over. That's where I am now.

Inauguration

This is my first blog posting, that earlier one was done by Lexi, not me (and I wasn't an English major, but I considered it).

This is so far the "boring old guy's blog" for lack of a better description. Maybe I'll improve it later. This is kind of a rough start.

"What will you write about?" Lexi asks.

Well, I have a few ideas. We'll see if anyone wants to read them, though.

For one, I'm going to vent on the entire world my current model building projects. I can sense the excitement now.

For another, I'd like a place to post pictures of various kinds. I haven't decided if this is a good place for that, and it might not be. But we'll see.

Maybe I'll mention what "the fam" is doing. One has to get their priorities straight.

I Don't Have a Clue

Ok, my Daughter has had one of these for a long time, and I have to say I've been pretty jelous. So now she's showing me how to work this and I'm getting pretty excited (I hate winder dairy milk X-( ) Sorry, I have to say I can be a little spontainious.... I think that's how you spell it.
ha ha! Ok, so I have to tell you all, that wasn't really Mike, it was acctually Lexi, 'cause if it were Mike he would know how to spell (English Major) But that's all exactly what he'd write! See right now he's upstairs making Hamberger Helper (the only thing he knows how to make) (Livi's trying to fight for his cause, but what I just said is totally true! I don't lie!!! -ask Dakota! :-) this is gonna be fun)
